If you’ve opted to pay via e-transfer, you may send that to the gmail account. If you’ve opted to pay via credit, the invoice will come through Square.

If the titles are in stock, your order will be shipped right away. If we have to wait for new stock to arrive, you will be informed of the potential waiting period. A tracking number will be provided once the order is en route.

Chicken House Press will honour returns within twelve months of purchase if book remain in like-new condition. To begin the return process, please complete the form below. We will send you a link where you can print a shipping label at our expense. Refunds will be processed to your original mode of purchase when we receive the package. Please ensure books are packaged with care. Books that arrive damaged because of careless packaging cannot be refunded in full.
