A beautiful starting point for important family conversations

In this gentle picture book, young children and their mommy share special moments together — baking treats, playing games, and watching movies. But sometimes, Mommy’s brain doesn’t feel well, and things change.

Written with warmth and understanding, Mommy and Me helps young ones understand that when grown-ups struggle with their mental health, it’s never the child’s fault.

Through simple words and situations, this story opens the door for families to talk about emotions in an age-appropriate way.

A tender resource for all families navigating mental health challenges together, this book reminds us that love remains constant even when feelings are difficult.
